21st century scholars program
Indiana’s 21st Century Scholars program is an early-college promise program designed to make college more affordable for students.
Eligible students who meet requirements receive a two- or four-year scholarship that pays up to 100% tuition at an eligible Indiana college or university. Who is eligible?
- Be an Indiana resident
- Be automatically enrolled or apply in 7th or 8th grade
- at an Indiana public or private school accredited by the Indiana Department of Education
- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Be a member of a family that meets income eligibility guidelines
- Note: A student in foster care does not need to meet this requirement
Students must be signed up by June 30 of the student's 8th grade year.
